All handover protocols had to be printed out, signed, filed or even scanned in again. This manual process is time-consuming and the handling was cumbersome.<\/p><p><strong>The new process with the electronic signature <\/strong><\/p><p>Since the implementation of the StepOver e-signature solution, the process has been fully digitized. The Aidex \u2018Key Organizer\u2019 management software generates the receipts as PDF documents. The documents are then displayed to the user on the signature pads and digitally signed. The signed PDF is automatically archived in the Aidex software and can be easily retrieved at any time, ensuring efficient and secure document management.<\/p><p>Handling the signature pads and the eSignatureOffice software requires only minimal input from users. This speeds up the process and increases user satisfaction. In addition, the elimination of paper means a significant reduction of the environmental impact and operating costs.<\/p><p><strong>J\u00f6rg Rosenthal from Aidex about StepOver<\/strong><\/p><p>Due to the significant improvements and easy integration, Aidex GmbH recommends StepOver&#8217;s solutions to other companies.
