The fully web-based signature solution is suitable for signing audit-compliant PDF/A documents online. The signature can be executed securely with a certificate-based click, independently of the end device, by entering a password or by using an additional SMS token. Even handwritten signatures in the case of the physical presence of the signatory (e.g. on a signature pad) can be conveniently, easily and securely covered by webSignatureOffice. Thus you do not need several isolated applications for different processes. Every user can sign online at the most diverse locations worldwide. Our cloud-based solution is of course eIDAS & GDPR-compliant and uses the highest possible security standards. webSignatureOffice can be seamlessly integrated into your company’s existing IT landscape and processes if desired.
Software as a Service Model (SaaS)
This model is intended for corporate customers who want to integrate eSignature solutions into their own web application (via web service), but do not want to host the servers themselves. SaaS is possible as a client or via a dedicated own server.
