On this page you will find access to our repair service, our remote maintenance tool and other documentation and information that may be helpful for the operation and maintenance of your StepOver solution.

Repair service

If your StepOver signature pad has a defect, you can send it to us for repair. To do this, please only use the following repair service page, which will guide you through the entire process and generate the required RMA submission form.


In addition to the instructions and descriptions, you will find further documentation on our signature applications and interfaces here.

Software activation

The paid software products require an online activation after entering the license key. If the respective computer does not have a direct Internet connection, you can perform the activation here.

Remote maintenance software

The remote maintenance software allows the StepOver employees to see your computer after your release and thus to support you more effectively with the configuration of the software or with problem solutions. A new release by you is required per connection and cannot be used unnoticed.

Version history

In our version history you can see the changes, improvements and new features that have been added to the new software versions. You can also find older software versions here.

QA database

StepOver's quality assurance database allows you to view each individual quality test of your signature pads as well as the length of warranty.

Support assistant

The support assistant helps you to locate and solve your problem through question and answer dialogs. If not successful you can contact our support team directly.
