Easy signing
It has never been easier to start a signature process and integrate it into your workflow. With Print2NG, you can send your documents to signature pads from the duraSign Pad NG series instantly and sign them digitally.
Virtual printer
Print2NG is a virtual printer driver. From any application that can print, you can forward a document to a NextGen (NG) series device, such as the “duraSign Pad NG 10”. There you sign the document by handwritten signature. The document with the electronic signature is sent back directly from the signature pad (as a download). This means you can also sign documents electronically directly from Microsoft Word or Excel without any detours.
Flexibility
During the signature process, Print2NG displays a mirror view of the signature process occurring on the signature pad. The person at the computer can monitor the progress of the signature in real time. To assist the signatory, the pad’s buttons can also be operated directly from the computer.
Automations
After signing, the document can be saved via the pad’s download button or in the mirrored display. In addition to the “Save as” dialogue, a specific directory can also be predefined for storing the signed documents. You can also set the application to close or minimise automatically after saving.
