Ordering conditions

Delivery / Delivery areas

A delivery is defined as a one-off dispatch (of one or more parcels) to a specific address at a certain time.
StepOver GmbH (StepOver Europe) delivers exclusively to corporate customers within the EU.
Deliveries outside the EU are carried out by StepOver International GmbH.

Payment Method

Delivery is by invoice – payable within 10 days (strictly net). The StepOver GmbH reserves the right to change the method of payment in advance payment. The customer will be informed in time in this case.

Delivery time

Delivery time by StepOver GmbH (StepOver Europe) is usually 3-14 working days. If an item is not directly available or the delivery time needs to be extended for (an) other reason(s), we will inform you of the delay by e-mail or phone within our normal delivery time.

For hardware products, the technical specifications of the product’s data sheet at the time of purchase apply.

Conclusion of the purchase contract

The purchase contract is only deemed concluded once the order confirmation is sent. Sending the order confirmation may be replaced by direct sending of the goods.

Retention of title

The goods ordered will remain the property of StepOver GmbH until payment has been received in full.
