Thanks to the fully standalone device design, the entire signing process takes place directly on the pad. PDF rendering, document display, signature capture, encryption, and the creation of the signed document are all performed entirely on the device. Like the duraSign Pad NG 10, the new nextGen Pad 5 also supports the NG Pad Feature Extension. This transforms the signature pad into an interactive input solution for digital documents. Forms can be filled out directly on the display before they are signed. Supported features include:
