This new function module transforms the tried-and-tested signature pad into an interactive input device for digital documents. It provides companies with a powerful tool for digitally filling out, checking, and adjusting forms directly on the signature pad before they are electronically signed. This makes the entire capture and signature process significantly more efficient and completely paperless.
Fill out digital forms directly on the signature pad
With the NG Pad Feature Extension, users can capture and edit form fields directly on the signature pad. The following functions are available, among others:

Fill in mandatory fields: All required information is entered directly on the pad, which prevents incomplete forms and reduces queries.

Activate radio buttons: Selection fields can be operated intuitively with a pen.

Set checkboxes: Declarations of consent or other legally relevant consents, such as those relating to data protection or contract terms, are documented immediately.

Use drop-down menus: Structured selection fields are also fully integrated into the digital input process.
Radio buttons and checkboxes are selected using a pen. Text fields are conveniently filled in using a virtual keyboard. This can be displayed in different languages and keyboard layouts and can also be customized.
Use PDF forms intelligently and fill them automatically with back-end systems
The NG Pad Feature Extension enables PDF forms to be filled in without media discontinuity. This allows digital processes to be not only mapped, but also specifically automated. Key features include:

Use of predefined templates: Standardized forms can be conveniently prepared and used directly on the pad.

Data transfer via XML: Information from existing IT systems can be automatically transferred to the forms.
