StepOver has successfully rolled out a comprehensive update for webSignatureOffice. The new version is now available to all users and offers significantly more intuitive operation and more efficient signature processes.
The update focuses on a newly structured workspace that bundles all central functions in one place and makes it much easier to get started with daily work.
New home page as central workspace
After logging in, users are now taken directly to the new home page, recognizable by the house icon. It replaces the previous home page and desktop view and leads directly to the document folders – the new center for all documents and signature processes. From here, documents can be uploaded, folders renamed, and signature processes started directly – quickly, clearly, and without detours.
Document bundles instead of individual documents
All documents are now clearly organized in document bundles. A folder can contain a single document or several related files. Individual PDFs are also automatically stored in their own document folder. The result: more structure, a better overview, and clear assignment of all signature processes.
Optimized creation and signature process
The creation process has been consistently simplified. Signature fields can be placed directly in the respective documents within a bundle. Signatories can be conveniently added, and the desired signing order can be clearly defined – all in a continuous workflow.
Uniform, modern interface
Upload, document overview, and signature functions are now bundled in a uniform, modern interface. Proven functions remain fully intact but are faster to access and more intuitive to use.
